Public Offer Agreement for eoASSIST

1. Introduction

This Agreement sets forth the terms of use of the eoASSIST.com informational website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") between its administration (hereinafter referred to as the "Administration") and individuals (hereinafter referred to as the "Users") using its services.

2. Acceptance of the Offer

2.1. This document is a public offer in accordance with applicable civil law.

2.2. By subscribing to any paid service on the Website or through the eoASSISTbot, the User confirms acceptance of this offer and enters into a binding agreement with the Administration.

3. Subscription and Services

3.1. The eoASSIST.com service offers various subscription plans:

• The "Premium" subscription grants access to the health condition database and the use of the AI Assistant on the Website and in the eoASSISTbot for a period of 1 year.
• The "Business" subscription grants the same access plus the ability to publish personal information and a profile (photo, text, links) on a personal subdomain (username.eoASSIST.com) and in the bot (eoASSISTbot/usertelegramid) for 1 year.
• The "Author" subscription includes all the above and the ability to edit content on one's own subdomain and in the bot.
• All subscriptions include access to the AI Assistant integrated in the service.

3.2. The User acknowledges that all published content in their personal area or subdomain, including default texts, is published on their behalf and under their responsibility.

3.3. The Administration is not responsible for the accuracy or consequences of the information provided by Users in their profiles, websites, or responses generated by the AI Assistant.

4. Automatic Renewals and Payments

4.1. All paid subscriptions are automatically renewed annually.

4.2. The User may cancel the subscription renewal at any time via their personal account or by contacting: info@cimmetria.com

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All materials on the Website and its subdomains, including design elements, texts, graphics, and code, are protected by intellectual property rights and are owned by eoASSIST.com or their respective rightsholders.

6. AI Assistant Disclaimer

6.1. The AI Assistant ("Io") provided within the service is based on artificial intelligence technologies. It is not a licensed medical professional and does not provide medical advice.

6.2. All responses from the AI Assistant are for informational purposes only. Users should consult a qualified healthcare provider before making any health-related decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. The Administration is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Website or its services.

7.2. The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or completeness of any information on the Website.
